• On Thursday, June 7^th the Company will participate in a panel discussion on next-generation payments technologies and platforms at the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Next-Generation Payments Conference. The conference will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston, MA and the discussion will begin at 8:30am ET.
• On Wednesday, June 13^th the Company will present at the William Blair Growth Stock Conference at The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, IL. The presentation will begin at 12:20pm ET.
