Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT) today announced that on June 19,
2013, the United States District Court for the Central District of
California dismissed with prejudice the federal securities class action
that had been filed against the company, Steven W. Streit and John L.
Keatley in July 2012. On May 2, 2013, the Court granted a motion to
dismiss all of the claims asserted in that action, and the plaintiffs
subsequently agreed to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice
rather than amend their complaint. No payments were made to the
plaintiffs in connection with the dismissal.
