Chief Executive Officer and President
Dan Henry has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since March 2020. Dan Henry previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Netspend, a leading provider of prepaid debit cards for personal and commercial use, from 2008 to 2014. In 2010, Mr. Henry led Netspend through its initial public offering, and in July 2013 completed an all cash sale of the company to TSYS Corporation valued at $1.4 billion USD. Prior to Netspend, Mr. Henry co-founded Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT), a leader in secure electronic financial transaction processing. Mr. Henry served as President and Chief Operations Officer at Euronet until the end of 2006, and remained on its Board until 2008. Mr. Henry has been Chairman of Paysign Inc (NASDAQ: PAYS) - a vertically integrated provider of innovative prepaid card programs, digital banking and processing services for corporate, consumer and government application - since 2018. He also has been a director of The Brink’s Company (NYSE:BCO) - the global leader in total cash management, route-based secure logistics and payment solutions - since 2017.

Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Jess Unruh has served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since May 2015 and as our interim Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. From October 2016 to December 2019, he served as Operational Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Unruh served as Vice President, Financial Reporting, from July 2013 to May 2015, as the Company’s Director, Accounting Projects, from July 2009 to June 2013. Prior to joining Green Dot, Mr. Unruh served in the audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP, an accounting firm, from 2003 to April 2009. Mr. Unruh holds B.S. degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Southern California.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Bibelheimer has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since September 2017. Prior to joining Green Dot, he served in a number of positions at Western Digital, a computer hardware and data storage company, from June 2007 to September 2017, most recently as Vice President, HR Operations from June 2010 to September 2017. Mr. Bibelheimer holds a B.S. in business management from Pepperdine University.

Chief Technology Officer
Gyorgy Tomso is Chief Technology Officer at Green Dot Corporation, where he plays a critical role in keeping the company at the forefront of innovation in financial technology. In his role, Gyorgy leads technology strategy and roadmap for Green Dot, overseeing a team working to continually define and build Green Dot’s agile technology stack to offer customers an integrated and frictionless experience with Green Dot products and services. Before Green Dot, Gyorgy amassed more than 25 years of global technology and operations leadership experience in financial services, including 14 years at Euronet Worldwide where he was CIO under co-founder and current Green Dot CEO Dan Henry. In that role, he led technology and operational development, building innovative financial and electronic payments systems in transaction processing, acquiring, ATM and POS networks. Most recently, Gyorgy served as COO (EMEA, LatAm) of PayU, responsible for developing a competitive operating model through advanced technology and customer-focused service delivery for the fintech providing payments technology to online merchants. |
Executive Vice President of Retail, Tax and PayCard Divisions
Brandon Thompson is Green Dot’s Executive Vice President of Retail, Tax and PayCard. He is a member of the executive management team and reports to Green Dot President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan Henry. In this role, Brandon is responsible for developing and delivering product strategy and growth across the company’s retail, tax and paycard divisions. Mr. Thompson brings over 15 years of executive payments industry experience to Green Dot. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at EML, a leading global payments solutions provider operating in 28 countries around the world. In this role, he was responsible for the global P&L of the business, global business development, product strategy and technology. Prior to EML, Mr. Thompson served as senior vice president of retail at Netspend Corporation, a subsidiary of Total Systems Limited (TSYS). While at the company, he led the expansion of sales and load locations from 8K to more than 90K, established key partnerships with PayPal and Western Union, and developed a number of General Purpose Reloadable retailer white label programs. Before joining Netspend, he served as the global product director at Euronet Worldwide where he led the prepaid division’s product strategy and development for the US, Europe and Australia.

General Counsel
Kristina Lockwood has served as our General Counsel since July 2020. Prior to joining Green Dot in 2004 as Associate General Counsel, Ms. Lockwood was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. Ms. Lockwood earned her J.D. from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with B.A. degrees in International Relations and Philosophy.
